汉川电视台正式成立于1992年10月，经过二十年不懈的努力和拼搏，已发展成为一个功能齐全、手段完备、节目内容丰富的正规化地方电视台。已拥有新闻综合、生活资讯、党建农业三个电视频道和一个1000瓦调频电台，共办有《汉川新闻》、《百姓》、《农村天地》、《就业广场》等六个常设自办电视栏目和《政风行风热线》、《美文音乐早茶厅》、《音乐流行色》、《光影流年》、《绝对惊喜》等五个自办电台节目，全天电视播出时间54小时、电台播出9小时45分，汉川广播电视台是有影响力的地方电视台。
