In the bustling city of Changsha, Hunan Province, the Kangda Voice Xindu District Media Center has emerged as a key player in local media since its inception in November 2018. As Changsha's first integrated media center radio station, it offers a unique blend of news, interviews, and social公益 (social welfare) programming, bridging the gap between traditional broadcasting and modern media needs.

Launched with the support of the Hunan Provincial Radio and Television Bureau, the Changsha Municipal Radio and Television Bureau, and the Xinyang Sub-district Office, Kangda Voice was designed to cater to a wide array of community interests and needs.
